What's included
When you select the mobile platform, your EULA includes Apple's App Store Licensed Application (LAEULA) minimum terms, covering the licence scope, warranty disclaimer, product liability, IP claims and Apple's role as a third-party beneficiary.

Optional disclosure for games or apps with loot boxes or paid random items, relevant to Belgium, the Netherlands and other regulated gaming markets.

'As is' warranty disclaimer, a capped limitation of liability, and clear termination conditions covering breach, subscription end and account closure.
Our free EULA generator builds a licence agreement for your software, matched to how you distribute it.
Software is licensed, not sold. A EULA sets out what a user is permitted to do with your software, what is restricted, and how your liability is limited if something goes wrong. Choose your platform, whether that's web, desktop, mobile or SaaS, and your licence type, whether personal, commercial or enterprise, and the agreement is built around those choices.
If you select the mobile platform, your EULA includes Apple's App Store Licensed Application minimum terms, alongside cover for Google Play and Microsoft Store distribution. You can also add optional clauses for AI features, open-source components, subscription auto-renewal, loot-box or paid random items, and jurisdiction-aware terms for the EU, UK, Australia, California and Canada.
Our generator is completely free to use and will build a EULA for you in a matter of minutes. Simply make a few selections, then sign up to save, copy and publish your agreement.
Questions about EULAs before you get started?
An End-User Licence Agreement (EULA) is a legal contract between a software developer or publisher and the person or organisation using the software. Software is licensed, not sold, the user gets the right to use the software under specified conditions, not ownership of it. A EULA typically covers:
Apple requires every iOS app to have a EULA. If you do not provide a custom one, Apple's Standard EULA applies by default, but it does not cover your specific business, jurisdiction or app-specific terms, so a custom EULA is strongly recommended. Select the mobile platform in our generator and your EULA will include Apple's App Store Licensed Application minimum terms. Google Play does not mandate a custom EULA, but without one you have no contractual protection against reverse-engineering or resale beyond Google's Developer Distribution Agreement.
A EULA governs the licence to use software itself, what the user may and may not do with it, such as installation limits and no-reverse-engineering restrictions. Terms & Conditions govern the broader relationship between your business and your users, covering account use, payment terms and dispute resolution. If your product has a downloadable component, mobile app or desktop installer, you should have a EULA. Pure browser-based SaaS typically uses Terms of Service instead.
A EULA should include the licence grant and its scope, user restrictions, intellectual property ownership, a warranty disclaimer, a limitation of liability, and termination conditions. Depending on your platform and business you may also want optional clauses for subscriptions and auto-renewal, AI features, open-source components, loot-box or paid random items, and jurisdiction-specific consumer protections.
Pure browser-based SaaS typically uses a Terms of Service agreement rather than a EULA, since users access the software without installing anything. If your SaaS product includes a downloadable component, desktop app or mobile app, that component should have its own EULA. Our generator lets you select the SaaS platform type alongside web, desktop and mobile options.
It's straightforward. Have a quick read of the "What's Included" section, choose your platform (web, desktop, mobile or SaaS), your license type, and any optional clauses that apply to your product. Our generator builds the agreement in minutes, and you can sign up to save, copy and publish it.
